Customer Support Representative.

Description

Nanameue Inc. is looking for Customer Support Representative to help our customers who using our products widely from web applications to mobile applications. You will be working closely with engineers and management team to provide the best support to our users.

Responsibilities

  • Response to users’ questions and help them to be successful via both ticket system and telephone

  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles

  • Compile and create statistical data related to customer supports and suggest management on how to be better

  • Help developers to test software to ensure highest quality whilst you can learn about products development

Requirements

  • Native Japanese or at N2 level at least

  • Business English level

  • Strong communication skills, can work under intensive pressure, yet very patient.

  • Good at computer and love to new learn technology

  • Able to work in shift
